Sooo I worked late on a school night again! Up till three in the morning last night. Least this time I'm smarter and writing my little quip today. Soo last night I added watercolor to my Ami's Sadness doodle I did ooh over half a year ago I think. Then I went crazy and not only sketched but inked and colored with watercolor both pieces in my diptych Fighting Fate! I'm getting sooo much better at drawing the figure! I'm soo happy!
The reasoning behind going so art crazy is that the stuupid internet that my apartment provides went down not yesterday but the night before that. I got home, went stir crazy and watched toons of Star Trek: Next Generation while I worked on all these pieces! It's amazing what you get done when you don't have the ever distracting internet available at your fingertips.
Right now I'm at the school working on posting all the pieces I have. I still need to put up the wood project I did in 3D but I think I'm pretty wiped now. My tile girls got critiqued yesterday and I feel very accomplished especially since the teacher told me I didn't have to have ten copies since I was doing so much sculpting on each one individually. Instead I got twelve done! Ooh yeah! I know if I left a girl out they'd get jealous. Oh and that reminds me I also used the same mold to make my sister her birthday present so that's thirteen ladies.
I surprise myself with my motivation. Ooh and I already have two new pieces to paint tonight! Boy I am on a roll!
